Business Immigration Law

We advise national and multi-national corporations on the full range of business immigration law matters.

The areas on which we focus include:

  • Intra Company Transfer applications (i.e. applications to transfer a skilled worker from an overseas branch of a company to a UK branch)
  • Tier 2 “General” applications, including carrying out a Resident Labour Market Test
  • Registering as a sponsor with the UK Border Agency
  • Ongoing compliance with the Immigration Rules
