Susanne has a broad range of contentious and non-contentious experience in particular:

• advising financial services institutions and international corporates on general and strategic employment issues;
• cross-border work for global clients
• high value bonus claims involving complex disputes
• senior executive appointments and terminations (including discrimination and restrictive covenant issues)
• drafting and negotiating a wide range of employment related documentation
• partnership appointments, de-equitisation and exits (including discrimination and restrictive covenants issues), with particular experience in professional practice partnership

Susanne is a Member of the American Bar Association, Labor & Employment Section, the Association of Partnership Practitioners and the UK Employment Lawyers Association.

Prior to joining CM Murray LLP Susanne trained and worked at a leading international City law firm, particularly recognised for its employment law practice.
