Charis Damiano

Charis Damiano is a Consultant specialising in employment and partnership law.

Charis regularly advises both employers and individuals on issues of discrimination, maternity issues, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, restrictive covenants, redundancies, bonus disputes and various contractual matters.


She also has particular experience of the following:

Charis has regularly lectured on a wide range of employment issues, been
involved in workshops and published various articles for legal publications.

She is a Member of the American Bar Association (International Law and Labor and Employment Law Divisions).

Charis completed her training contract at a national law firm and joined the
employment department on qualification in 2003.  In 2004, she moved to a City
law firm for two years before joining CM Murray LLP.
