Jennifer Ly is an Associate specialising in partnership and employment law.
Jennifer advises both employers and individuals on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, and has particular experience in advising employers on issues including dismissals, contracts of employment and staff policies, redundancies, health and safety and other day to day HR management issues.
Jennifer has experience with Employment Tribunal and High Court disputes, particularly in relation to whistleblowing and breach of restrictive covenants.
Jennifer has worked on several international employment law projects and has supported multinational clients with their HR management and workforce expansions.
