This seminar is designed to help you understand your firm’s financial statements and know what questions to ask and will cover the key terminology and simplify accounting jargon.  It will also look at the differences between partnerships, LLPs and limited companies and consider why accounting principles matter as well as providing a “walk-through” financial statements and raise red flags and questions to ask your Finance Manager.

Claire is a Director in Buzzacott’s Professional Practices Group. She works primarily with small and medium-sized professional practices in the legal, architectural, design and property sectors. Claire has particular expertise in helping businesses restructure from partnership to LLP or Limited Company, break-outs and start-ups, business planning, financial forecasting and regulatory matters.
