Confidential Information – The Use and Misuse by Executives and Founders – IFSEA Webinar

Trade secrets and other types of confidential information are valuable assets in every business. How should founders guard against their theft or other misuse, and what should senior executives do if accused of breach of confidentiality? What can a forensic investigation of IT systems really uncover?

In the lead up to the 4th IFSEA Annual Conference in June 2023, we are delighted to invite you to this webinar, Confidential Information – the use and misuse by executives and founders’, taking place on Wednesday, 25 January 2023.

Join our panel of experts from the UK and the US as they explore some of the key legal and practical issues facing advisers in this ever-evolving area:
  • Peter De Maria, Senior Partner, Doyle Clayton (London)
  • Amit Bindra, Partner, The Prinz Law Firm, P.C. (Chicago)
  • Klaudia Aliaj, Director, Alvarez & Marsal Disputes and Investigations LLP (London)
