Measuring and Driving Diversity and Inclusion in Professional Services Firms: Professional Practices Alliance Expert Discussion – Wednesday, 24 February 2021 – 9.30 – 10.30am GMT

We are delighted to invite you to the Professional Practices Alliance (PPA) expert discussion, ‘Measuring and Driving Diversity and Inclusion in Professional Services Firms’, on Wednesday 24 February from 9.30 – 10.30am GMT. Please see below for full details.

In this session, the panel will explore:

  • How to assess and measure diversity and inclusion in a partnership, including the benefits and risks of audits, what information you should consider collecting and measuring, and why this matters.
  • How do you drive diversity and inclusion in your partnership and senior leadership team? Why is it important to strive for a diverse and inclusive workplace, including from a regulatory perspective?
  • Looking at the pipeline – diversity issues in getting onto the partnership track, promotion to partner, full equity and senior management.
  • The wider pipeline: what can the professions do to improve the pipeline through training, community engagement, universities and schools.

This session will be focussed on the practical steps firms can take. We will hear from speakers who have implemented diversity and inclusion strategies in their firms, and experts advising firms and partners on these issues.
