Pooja Dasgupta is an Associate at CM Murray LLP, specialising in partnership and employment law. She advises employer and individual clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters, and has particular experience in acting for multinational employers and law firms.
Pooja has been involved in cases covering all aspects of employment and partnership law, commonly focusing on matters relating to discrimination, settlement exits and breach of restrictive covenants. With significant experience of Employment Tribunal litigation, she has also worked on High Court litigation matters.
Pooja has extensive experience and a particular interest in advising employers on internal investigations into allegations of whistleblowing, bullying, harassment and other types of discrimination; associated grievance and disciplinary procedures; and exits arising from such investigations.
